1. One pax: £175 per applicant
2. Two joint buyers £150 per applicant (This is a one off cost, only for the first year)
Tax Submission (yearly)
1. One owner for 1 unit: £375 per annum per owner
2. Two owner for 1 unit: £350 per annum per owner
