UK house prices on the fastest rise

Prices boom across all of UK, with average price up by £33,000 in 12 months to March 2022

UK house price of an average home now is at 20% higher than at the start of the coronavirus pandemic.

The price of an average UK home hit £265,312 have risen more than £33,000 higher a compared to March 2021 on a year to year basis
